Terms and Conditions

1. Fees for online tuition are £35 per hour, payable weekly via bank transfer. Lessons are booked in one hour slots, which may include a 5 minutes progress discussion with the parent/guardian where required. Additional fees will apply for travel time and costs if in-person lessons at the student's home are required.

2. A deposit of one lesson's tuition fees is required to secure your booking each week.

3. Scheduled tutorials will always take place on the day and time specified in the confirmation email you will be sent following the initial booking, unless a tutorial is rearranged for a time that is mutually convenient to both tutor and student.

4. The hourly fee will be charged for the scheduled session; any delay to the start of the lesson due to the late arrival of the client will only be compensated at the tutor's discretion

5. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be billed to the client at the tutor's discretion.

6. If more than two lessons are cancelled within a term, the full lesson fee for each additional cancellation will be billed to the client.

7. The tutor strives to provide the best possible service. However, the tutor will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student. Although everything in the tutor's power will be done to help skill sets and grades improve, no guarantee can be offered thereto.

8. The tutor is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of the use of this tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.

9. All materials created in-house are copyright, You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from the tutor.
